Here's a cake I did back in May. It's weird to even say back in May, it really didn't seem like it was 3 months ago. Anyway, typical wedding cake but I know you were asking me Heather where the pictures were. I still have to get pictures for 4 other cakes I've done recently.

I love the white on white design. Verry pretty. How do you get the ribbon to not soak up all the butter from the icing when you put it on the cake?
I figured out that you need to cut a strip of wax paper and double stick it to the ribbon and then put it on. Voila! No grease stains
Ooohhh. That is a neat trick. Good to know.
